Individual geodesic dome cabin rates start at $325 per night on weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) and $475 per night on weekends. Peak season and holiday pricing may be higher. A full 4-cabin weekday buyout starts at $1,300, and a weekend buyout at $3,400.
COTA race weekend rates run significantly higher than standard dates due to demand. Single-cabin F1 packages start at $3,900 (3 nights). A full 4-cabin buyout plus event venue for private race watch parties starts at $22,000. Corporate hospitality buyouts start at $32,000. All race weekend dates should be booked 12-18 months in advance.
Yes. Corporate day meetings start at $1,800 for a half-day (4 hours) and $3,200 for a full day. Multi-day retreat packages that include cabin accommodations start at $8,500 (2-day retreat + 4 cabins overnight) and go up to $22,500 for a full-week wellness retreat.
Yes, and welcomed. Solo photo sessions start at $250 for 2 hours. Half-day photo shoots start at $650. Full commercial productions with crews of 16-25 people start at $2,800 for a full 8-hour day. Weekday production rates are the best value.
Every rental includes a day-of venue coordinator, Edison string light installation, basic A/V, Wi-Fi, standard tables and Chiavari chairs, on-site parking, and property clean-up. Published rates do NOT include Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax on cabin stays, gratuity, third-party vendor fees, the refundable $500 damage deposit, or alcohol service (a licensed bartender is required).
Three main paths: (1) Book weekdays — Sunday-Thursday pricing runs 25-40% below Friday/Saturday for both weddings and cabin stays. Dewberry Hideout starts at similar rates but offers on-property glamping accommodations (four private dome cabins) that Camp Lucy and Prospect House do not include in their base venue packages. We're also ~20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas — a fraction of the distance from downtown Austin — which is uniquely valuable for wedding weekends coinciding with COTA race events.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due in two installments: 40% at 60 days before the event, and the final 30% at 14 days before the event. Larger bookings may qualify for custom payment schedules.
