What you get back is tangible: nights in the domes, discounts you keep for good, and your name built into the place itself.

How it works

Choose a tier

Reserve your spot with a 50% deposit or the full amount. Deposit balances are due by September 1, 2027.

We build, you're recognized

Your name goes up in the order memberships are confirmed. Legacy and Icon naming is placed as construction allows.

Opening day, and after

Your discount and complimentary nights activate the day we open — September 2027 — and stay active for as long as we're operating.

Tiers are capped, and they won't reopen.

Once a tier sells out or ground is broken, that pricing and that plaque space are gone for good. Early founders get first pick of dome names, plaque placement, and booking dates.

A few things worth knowing

Is this an investment in the business?

No. Founding Membership doesn't carry equity, profit share, or any financial return — it's a one-time purchase of stays, discounts, and recognition, priced below their eventual retail value.

Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?

Yes. A 50% deposit holds your tier and your place in the naming order; the remaining balance is due by September 1, 2027 (opening day).

Do complimentary nights expire?

Lifetime discounts stay active for as long as we're operating. Complimentary nights roll over year to year but expire after 5 years if unused, and once more than 5 nights have accumulated, they may not all be redeemed back-to-back in a single stay.

Do the higher tier benefits stack with the lower tiers?

Higher tiers include the recognition and priority-booking benefits of lower tiers, but complimentary nights and lifetime discounts are set at your tier level — they do not stack. You get the tier you choose.

Is my membership transferable?

Founding Membership is personal and non-transferable. However, complimentary nights and guest passes may be redeemed for immediate family or a plus-one when you're on-property.

What if a tier sells out before I decide?

Once it's gone, it's gone — we won't reopen a sold-out tier or offer its pricing again. The next tier up remains available while spots last.
